Fine print:
1. Client must request the refund within 7 days of the inspection.
2. Client must be present at our initial home inspection.
3. Client must provide their specific concerns in writing.
100% One Year Termite Warranty
With an all clear termite report (WDI) we will warranty the entire house against visible termite infestation for a period of one year.
This is a transferable warranty.
Fine Print:
1. We can not guarantee the home is termite free, (some areas where termites live, and have entry into the house are inside walls, floors and other inaccessible, un-inspectable places), we will within one year spot treat the
area(s) where active termites are found, at no charge.
2. This warranty applies to the house and attached garage only and does not apply to any fences, outbuildings, decks, or other wooden structures.
